All day new camps and all new preschool camps!
All camp lead instructors have education and/or art education degrees.












Ages 4 & 5




June 5th-8th, 9-11:30 a.m.
Bugs, Bees & Butterflies-Big bugs and small bugs, see them crawl and fly. Buzzing bees and fluttering butterflies activities and art projects. Snack provided each day.
Members-$60 wk • Non-members-$65 wk




June 12th-15th, 9-11:30 a.m.
Walk Through the Garden-Flowers, vegetables, birds. Making stepping stones. Activities, art projects, and a snack each day.
Members-$60 wk • Non-members-$65 wk.





July 10th-13th,9-11:30 a.m.
Once upon a pond-Fish, ducks, turtles, frogs, and tadpoles. Activities, art projects. Snack provided each day.

June 19th-22nd, 9-4 p.m.**
Got science-Discover the wonders of science while creating the most amazing projects that will blow your mind!

July 17th-20th, 9-4 p.m.**
ARTattack-See the world with an “artist’s eye”, discover and create works of art using natural materials!
Members-$170 wk • Non-members-$175 wk.


* *Extended day available: $6 per day for each full (9-4 p.m.) day camper who needs to stay until 5 p.m.

Eureka-Rockets, fossils, filmmaking, and inventions OH MY! Discover the wonders of science all around us!

ARTventurous-Take an adventure through the world of art, tease your brain, and discover the cool science and math behind art by creating fabulous art!

Tuesdays in July beginning July 10, 9-11:30 a.m.
Professional magician, Sir Priz, will amaze you with a wide variety of magic tricks. Can you master them and amaze your friends?

CMOS summer camps offer daily educational activities, special guests, and projects to children going into Pre-K through 7th grade. Camps will be held Tuesday-Friday. Campers will participate in projects which focus on learning enrichment in an exciting, safe environment.



Summer camp registration begins May 1. Registration forms will be available to download. Call 256-765-0500 for more information. Mail or hand-deliver completed forms and deposit to:

CMOS Camp Counselors Needed
Are you looking for the perfect way to keep yourself busy and have a great time doing it this summer? Then, be a CMOS Camp Counselor! We are looking for energetic and outgoing volunteers to help us with our brand new and exciting Summer Camps! Counselors must be at least 14 years of age.
