Explorations Science Room

The changing exhibits in the science room range from an interactive lifecycles display to the hands-on experience of creating energy with an electro-magnetic generator and a turbine. Fossils from our region, a hologram, and hands-on activities that challenge children to understand basic math principles, along with new science activities every month, can be found here to engage the child and the caregiver. The Science Room and the museum’s outdoor spaces are the sites of themed science activities for field trips.
